Mike embrescia

Mike’s professional journey includes roles as Chief Development Officer at Carnegie Robotics, where he guides the strategic direction of the renowned company.

His leadership helped reshape relationships with top defense contractors and various groups within the U.S. Department

of Defense.

Prior to his role at Carnegie Robotics, Embrescia served in various leadership roles in both technology and commercial

real estate.

As the Executive Director at the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) Pittsburgh, Mike contributed to the creation of legislation, as well as helping with a Pennsylvania Supreme Court victory.

In 2023, Embrescia was the Republican Candidate for Allegheny County Council’s District 5 seat. Mike was named to replace Sam DeMarco as At-Large Council rep at the end of 2024.

Mike intends to leverage his talents, including his knowledge of real estate development, business creation, and company

management to serve Allegheny County in a positive growth way, not retreating.
