The regular business meetings of MRC are held on the last Thursday of each month. These meetings are CLOSED; formal events for Members ONLY. Regular business meetings are typically one-hour duration and start at 7 pm (unless time adjusted by the Chair in the meeting agenda).

Most meetings are followed at 8 pm by a guest speaker, edutainment, social or subcommittee discussions. When identified in the meeting agenda, the social events following a regular business meeting may be open to MRC Advocates, Associates, and others, at the discretion of the chair.
