With over 25 years in law enforcement, I retired as a Homicide Detective from the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police, having investigated more than 1,000 death-related cases. I have also served for more than 30 years in the U.S. Military and continue to serve as a Master Sergeant until my retirement August 1, 2025 . In addition, I bring over a decade of experience as a licensed private investigator, with a strong background in both civil and criminal investigations."
Brian Weismantle plans to "continue the work of former Sheriff Bill Mullen by rebuilding an Emergency Response Team (ERT) and work to get the Law Enforcement Accreditation reinstated.
