Pursuant to the MRC Strategic Plan for Development, four subcommittees have been established. Subcommittees plan and implement specific goals of the MRC in pursuit of its Mission.
Meetings of each Subcommittee are scheduled as hoc by the Strategist or the Subcommittee Lead. Meetings are typically working sessions focused on projects within the scope of the subcommittee description (charter).
Strategy & Development (SD) is tasked for pursue strategic development of the MRC and its resources. SD Meetings are scheduled ad hoc and at the discretion of the Strategist. Meeting attendees typically include the MRC executives and may include the subcommittee leads or selected members consistent with the meeting agenda.
Communications Subcommittee (CS) is tasked coordinate external commutations of the MRC; including but not limited to interface with Republican campaigns and media. CS shall also be point of contact for support of Party events, act to plan or coordinate MRC events and activities.
Data & Logistics (DL) will lead maintenance of the MRC media presence(s), maintain the MRC website, the existing Facebook page, and other such web instances to be created. DL shall develop methods for data gathering and performance of analyses including demographics study

Funds Subcommittee (FS) is tasked to pursue administrative management and planning of fund raising events. FS shall perform procurement or cost/benefit analyses on behalf of the MRC, and serves as reviewer(s) of any procurement or cost/benefit analyses initiated by the MRC Subcommittees. FS is tasked to be the receiver of any requests for funding submitted by local candidates or external tax exempt organizations.
